Indianapolis was quiet Monday after the Colts' Super Bowl loss, not quite weepy but certainly subdued. The lobby of the City-County Building lacked its usual bustle. "There's a bleakness in the air," said Dwight Brigham, 57, a security guard who wands people who make the metal detector beep. "People really take that to heart, and we were supposed to win."
