Racine Country Club, Racine, Wis.: "It's back home. The greens are probably the best greens I've ever played on consistently. And it makes it, because I grew up there."
Dallas National Golf Club, Dallas: "I really like it. I think Dallas National is right up there. I really enjoy that course."
Preston Trail Golf Club, Dallas: "It's right up there. Pure, pristine. Since they redid it, it's really special, too."
(tie). The Club at Carlton Woods, The Woodlands: "It's beautiful. The greens were lightning quick. Since I played in the Open sectional, that probably had something to do with [the greens being so good]. It was a little different. Elevation change. The greens were tough. It had everything you want in a golf course."
(tie) Black Wolf Run, Kohler, Wis.: "It's hard. It's tree-lined."

Tony Romo qualified for the U.S. Open sectional qualifier in June. He finished second in the American Century Championship. Romo could be as good at golf as he is as the quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys if he played the game all the time. He's still good, playing only in his spare time. Romo said he has shot 65 a number of times, and a 66 in his best score ever in tournament play. Here are Romo's five favorite golf courses:
